How to return
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
- We arrange pickup from your home in Beirut.
- Refund processed within 5 business days once we receive the item.
Conditions
- Item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging included.
- Educational Boxes can be returned even if opened — we trust that you tried it.
Damaged or defective?
If something arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll replace it free of charge.
